These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website of Kashmir International Career Consultancy (KICC) and your interaction with KICC through the website.

By accessing or using the KICC website, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your use of the website. If you submit an enquiry through the website, the provisions relating to enquiries and information submitted by you will also apply.

Kashmir International Career Consultancy (KICC) is an educational consultancy based in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.

KICC may provide educational counselling and related assistance concerning courses, colleges, universities, admissions, scholarships, study-abroad opportunities, and other education-related matters, depending on the student's requirements and the services offered by KICC at the relevant time.

The availability and scope of any particular service may vary depending on the student's circumstances, the relevant institution, course, country, or applicable requirements.

2. Nature of the KICC Website

The KICC website is primarily an informational and enquiry platform.

The website may provide information about educational opportunities, institutions, courses, countries, counselling services, and related matters and may allow visitors to submit enquiries to KICC.

Submitting an enquiry through the website does not by itself:

Similarly, submission of a website enquiry does not itself constitute a direct online university or college application.

Where KICC provides services that involve fees, applications, documentation, or other formal processes, those matters may be handled separately through appropriate channels and may be subject to additional terms communicated directly by KICC.

5. Information Provided on the Website

KICC makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and relevant educational information on its website. However, information relating to courses, institutions, eligibility, fees, deadlines, admission requirements, scholarships, visa requirements, or other educational matters may change.

Information displayed on the website should therefore be treated as general information and not as a guarantee that a particular requirement, fee, deadline, admission condition, scholarship, or other circumstance will remain unchanged.

8. Students Under 18

KICC's services may be used by students below 18 years of age.

Where appropriate or required, KICC may request the involvement, information, or consent of a parent or legal guardian for counselling or other services.

Parents or legal guardians may contact KICC regarding enquiries or services involving a minor.

KICC will handle information relating to minors in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Admission and Educational Outcomes

KICC may provide counselling, guidance, or assistance relating to educational admissions. However, admission decisions are ultimately made by the relevant university, college, institution, or other admission authority.

KICC does not guarantee:

• admission to any particular institution;
• acceptance into a particular course;
• availability of a particular seat;
• a particular fee or scholarship;
• continuation of any admission opportunity; or
• any particular educational outcome.

Any guidance provided by KICC is based on the information available at the relevant time and the information provided by the student or client.

10. Scholarships and Financial Assistance

Information or guidance concerning scholarships, discounts, financial assistance, or similar opportunities does not constitute a guarantee that a student will receive such assistance.

Scholarship and financial-aid decisions may depend on eligibility requirements, institutional decisions, availability, competition, documentation, and other factors determined by the relevant provider.

11. Visa and Immigration Matters

Where KICC provides guidance relating to study visas or immigration-related processes, such guidance is provided for assistance and does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or immigration status.

Visa and immigration decisions are made by the relevant government or immigration authority.

Requirements, procedures, processing times, and applicable rules may change. Users remain responsible for providing truthful and complete information and complying with applicable requirements.

12. Third-Party Institutions and Services

KICC may provide information about or assist users in dealing with universities, colleges, educational institutions, application systems, government authorities, communication platforms, or other third parties.

KICC does not control the policies, decisions, availability, systems, fees, requirements, or actions of such third parties.

KICC is therefore not responsible for changes, delays, decisions, interruptions, or requirements imposed by a third party, except to the extent that responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a user proceeds with a third-party institution or service, the terms and policies of that third party may also apply.

13. Offline Services, Fees and Financial Arrangements

The KICC website does not currently handle payments.

If a user engages KICC for a consultancy, counselling, admission-related, documentation, or other service that involves a fee, the applicable fee and relevant financial terms will be communicated separately by KICC.

Such arrangements may be made offline or through other appropriate communication channels and may be subject to service-specific terms, invoices, receipts, written communications, or other records provided by KICC.

The website Terms do not establish a particular fee for any service.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

Because payments are not currently processed through the KICC website, the website does not provide an online refund or cancellation mechanism.

Any refund, cancellation, or financial adjustment relating to a service provided by KICC will be handled directly by KICC in accordance with the terms applicable to that particular service or arrangement.
